New Tokyo Marui H&K MP7A1 PDW AEG
Tokyo Marui has just announced the new release of TM MP7A1 PDW AEG. Based on the Heckler & Koch MP7 Personal Defence Weapon (PDW), this small but deadly machine pistol is intended to be a defensive sidearm for second-line troops, vehicles crews and other military personnel. The H&K MP7 marks a new class of small arms with impressive fire power in an extremely compact package. The real MP7 fires a 4.6mm x 30 calibre round with a 24.7 grain bullet, an extremely deadly round that can cause some serious damage at close range. First announced in 2000, the MP7 entered production in 2001 and has since been adopted by the German Special Unit KSK. In addition, the MP7 was offered for NATO-trials competing against the FN P90.

The MP7 layouted as a compact submachine gun, with magazine being inserted into pistol grip, with folding forward grip and retractable stock, all these features are ideally replicated in the Tokyo Marui's model. Being a high performance submachine gun, the MP7 real steel is exceptional light at only 1.7kg, so does the Marui's replica weighs in at an impressive 1.4kg. The gun can be fired single-handed, or from two hands, either like the pistol or using a front grip. Retractable stock can be extended to give additional stability. Time sure flies by quick and I never would have thought the the year could come to an end so fast. Even the digits 2006 seem a little awkward beside each other.
