Tsunami Victims Need Your Help Now Please Donate
I'm
sure most of you have heard about what happened in South
East Asia. A big underwater earthquake sparked a series
of large Tsunamis that devastated parts of South East
Asia and Eastern Africa. The death toll has reached
over 160,000. and is constantly rising with many people
still missing.

I
was in Bangkok 2 days before it happened, the horrific
images that I saw on TV in Hong Kong were unbearable,
dead bodies lying all over place, children being dragged
away from their families and lots of courageous people
helping others and treating the wounded. These people
really need your help now. Hundreds of thousands of
people are left homeless, starving and subceptible to
disease. Please do your part to help these people and
make a donation with any of the following organizations.
Thank you so much.
The
following is a short poem written by one of my personal
friends who is part of the airsoft community in B.C.
He was on the beach in Phuket when the tsunami hit,
not only did he survive, but he helped many people who
lost their loved ones and served as a translator at
his hotel which became a crisis shelter. Our hearts
go out to all the people affected by this tragic disaster
and may the dead rest in peace.
A
fastidious storm
Borne without warn.
Waves crashing thru the hollow.
And they know not wreak .
what nature seeks.
And the devistation that wrought follows.
Tis the almighty come.
The scores become peoples dead.
Heads in a whirl.
Asleep in their heads.
Startled awake by groaning sounds.
And
in the end be leveled.
And the squallored be so bare.
A silent town of ghosts and splinters.
And amid the leveled crys and moans and whispers.
Lie shock and bitter dispare.
As if of God and nature.
In hand in hand they plan.
Natures way of balance and weight.
Life and death walk hand in hand.
It
is tragic that we only come together as people when
enough people have died to tell us to look at our own
humanity. The best in us rises from the worst that happens
to us. Mothers and daughters, fathers and sons of those
who lost their lives in that December morning, be at
peace.

Western
Arms Smith & Wesson 1911 SCW
Western
Arms will be releasing the new Smith & Wesson 1911
variant with its Shibuya Custom Works system. I know
this may not seem like anything special after all the
1911 variants WA has made to date, but this pistol marks
a new relationship between Western Arms and Smith &
Wesson and we may see WA producing more Smith &
Wesson models in the near future.
