We would like to thank Smokey's President Mr. Tsurimaki and manager Mr. Morita for taking the time to talk with us, we were extremely greatful. New Products from APEC
Peter of APEC has informed me of lots of new products that he's got in Japan. First's one includes the new Maruzen M11 Tactical, which unfortunately isn't out yet, but should be released in a couple weeks, looks very nice. There is a new Paratrooper Conversion Kit from ANGS for the Top M249 which looks absolutely lovely, the kit includes a metal dust cover, top cover short barrel. Tons of new stuff from APEC including a fully tricked out custom SR-15 and P90. All these products are special order only so email Peter at peter@air-soft.com to order.

KJ Works M9 Tactical
KJ Works has just released the M9 Tactical, basically it is a replica of the TM Tactical Master but at a cheaper price. The KJ M9 Tactical sports a threaded barrel for silencer attachment, a brigadier slide and wrap around grips that look like the Hogue ones. Those who have seen or shot a KJ Glock 27 know just how nice these gbb's are, and they don't burn a hole in your pocket aswell. Definately the most bang for the buck. Smokey's Barret M82A1 Preview
Thanks to Nick and Peter who kindly translated the Smokey's Gun Factory Barret M82A1 preview from the April 2002 Combat Magazine, there is an english version of the preview posted up on the APEC website. Let me tell you this, this gun is absolutely crazy, fires .50 CAL cartriges and ejects them after each shot. Probably one of the highest quality and performance airsoft Barret out there. Tokyo Marui P90 TR
Tokyo Marui has announced the release of their new FN P90 TR which is basically a P90 with a triple rail upper reciever and a socom silencer, the reciever has a much more realistic finish than the existing P90. As with many other TM aeg's, TM almost always changes a couple things on an existing aeg and market it as a new gun, just like the SR-16. This is smart as they already have the specifications of the existing aeg's and they can offer a new product to the consumers.

Head1950 P90 RIS Grip
This is a new add-on RIS grip for the P90 by Head1950, it attaches on to the P90 like a silencer and gives the P90 four more rails to attack accessories on to, kind of reminds me of the Stealth Kit. To me this accessory looks funny, adds a big chunk to the P90 making it not nearly as compact. But hey whatever digs you, if you like this kind of stuff go and get one.

Guarder M16 Pistol Grip
Guarder/Intruder Shop has just released a new M16 pistol grip for the TM M16 series, the grip is made of higher quality plastic than the stock TM one and has reinforced nutts to keep the thread from being stripped. This is a welcoming product as it is hard to find a replacement M16 pistol grip and they are infamous for stripping. Guarder calls it the "Strongest" M16 pistol grip, but I will try to see if I can get a hold of one and maybe write a review on it.

New Real Steel DSR-1 Sniper Rifle
This is the latest master piece of German craftsmanship, the DSR-1 bolt action composite sniper rifle. The DSR-1 was a joint project between two companies, CQB Productions and AMP, both located in Germany. The two companies were to design a bullpulp bolt action sniper rifle that were to compete against the Heckler & Koch line of sniper rifles. The DSR-1 is one of a kind, it is one of the most compact and accurate bullpup sniper rifles and it fires the .308 round. Who knows, maybe some day there will be an airsoft version of the DSR-1.

New Real Steel Springfield Armory XD Pistols
Springfield Armory has just released their new line of pistols, titled the XD pistols. These pistols are the first handguns to have polymer frames from Springfield Armoury, I guess their cetching on to the success of the Glock. From a distance these handguns do kind of look like Glocks. Anyways in the first picture we see a Springfield XD with a ported slide and a Insight Technology M3 light mounted on the rail. The second picture we see the non ported version of the Springfield XD equipped with the new Insight Technology M6 LAM Unit.

New WA Smith & Wesson Sigma .40F
Western Arms has just released the new Smith & Wesson Sigma .40F gas blow back and from the pictures the gun looks absolutely gorgeous. WA boasts that this is one of the most accurate replicas they have ever produced and the Sigma comes in black and two tone. The .40 S&W caliber Sigma is compact carry firearms which has a capacity of 10 rounds, it is one of the first polymer frame weapons by Smith & Wesson. The silver breach and outer barrel gives it that extra style.

New Evolution Airsoft Stock
Evo has just brought in some new stock, including a WA SV Infinity F3. 9 MKII, the guns sports a silver PGC aluminum slide and an upgraded hammer spring. They also have two AK scope mounts and full metal Ver 2 ICS MP5A2 in stock. The ICS MP5A2 has all the shitty internals swapped out and replaced with upgraded parts or OEM parts. In addition to all these goodies they have some gear for sale too, including a Bianchi M9 leather holster and a British DPM kevlar helmet.

CAW MP18 Bergmann Special Edition
Craft Apple Works has just announced their newest product, the MP18 Bermann Special Edition. The MP18 was a popular submachine gun in WWII used be the Germans, CAW has replcated this classic weapon really well in a gas blow back package. This MP18 is made completely of metal parts, the stock is made of a high quality walnut woodwhich gives the gun a very authentic feel. This gun is limited edition, only 200 was produced, comes with a 20 round metal magazine.

New Hakko Tactical Holosights
These are the newest tactical holosights by Hakko. Hakko is a company that makes high quality optics for military and civilian use, their products are high performers and they are very durable aswell. The Hakko holosights are military grade and they do not have any parallax which means the red dot is projected on the same spot no matter how you look at it. Their latest product is the Panorama MK-III which is a light weight, compact tactical holosight which has 10 brightness settings and 4 different crosshairs. Changing crosshairs is as simple as a turn of a knob.
