Warning! - New Systema Polycarbonate Piston
This just in from the guys at customguns.dk, apparently there is a defect with the new Systema polycarbonate pistons (Red Type). Read on for more info

Urgent!!! To all corners of the Airsoftgun community!

We seem to have discovered a serious error in Systema's production of red lightweight airsoftgun pistons. The fault is present in every red piston we have examined, both in Full Tune-up Kits and individual spare part pistons in Denmark and Hong Kong. The spacing between the teeth in the "tooth-row" is exactly the same, save for the space between the "metal-tooth" and the closest polycarbon-tooth. The two teeth mentioned are spaced slightly wider than the rest of the teeth. This results in a miss-fit between the piston and the sector-gear and serious mechanical stress. The effects are fatal to the sector-gear and we have already had several breakdowns. We discovered it by chance and the fault is not easy to find. We have already recalled all the "surviving" softguns modified by us in Denmark, and replaced the faulty piston (and gears if needed) with an old-style black polycarbon piston. We STRONGLY suggest you look into the problem as soon as possible! Please mail us back as soon as possible. Both to indicate that you have received our mail, and to let us know what you have found out in the matter. We wish to clarify whether this problem is present only in some or all of the
pistons.

airsoftgun community.

New WA ParaOrdnance Models
Western Arms (Japan) has just released two variations of the Para Ordnance P14.45. The new WA P14.45 ProKiller is vert similar to the earlier ProKillers by WA, with a extended hi capacity magazine and a silencer, there are two models of the P14.45 ProKillers which have a different length silencers. WA has also released the Para Ordnance P14.45 Compact Plus and Compact Carry versions, the name says it all, they are compact versions of the P14.45. The Compact Carry is smaller than the Compact Plus and sports a different hammer.

Nitro P90 Rail Hand Guard & Folding Grip
First Factory Japan has just created their own accessories division known as Nitro & Voices. They have just released two new accessories for the TM P90 & P90 TR. First is the P90 Rail Hand Guard that looks quite stylish, gives you more flexibility on mounting addtional acessories, not that the P90 TR doesn't have enough rails already. Fitted on a P90 TR, the Nitro P90 Hand Guard gives you an addtional 4 rails, a total of 7 on the TR, more than enough... Also new is the Nitro Folding Grip that mounts onto any weaver rail. Maruzen Walther PPK/S
Thanx to Paul, webmaster of Redwolf Airsoft for this news. Maruzen has just released a new version of the Walther PPK Gas Blow Back which has better performance than the older version PPK's. There is also an optional threaded metal slide for the Maruzen PPK which allows the attachment of silencers. Those of you lookin for that old skool James Bond look, this is the gun for you.

Geneth Walther G2000
A Japanese company called Geneth has just released the bolt action Walther G2000 airsoft gun. This model is extremely rare and many manufacturers have not attempted to recreate it because of it's odd shape and complicated design. The Geneth G2000 sports a real wood handguard and stock, and is almost made entirely of metal. This baby ain't cheap though so start saving.

First A.P.A Game
The first APA game is hosted this Sunday July 7th at Fort Langley Paintball. Everyone is welcome to pay a visit even if you don't want to play, but want to check out the new game style. To celebrate the first ever APA game, participants can fire one of the most saught after and hard to find airsoft guns ever made, the Toytec M134 Minigun. This is a full metal bb shooting minigun. An external car battery powers the 6 rotating barrels and projects the bb's. This thing is a beast! Don't miss out!

New A.P.A Club
There is a new club in town and their called the Airsoft Players Association. APA is a new airsoft club in B.C. that will be hosting airsoft games in the Greater Vancouver Region, there is no membership fees to join and field fees is $10. This new association will experiement with different forms of game play from scenarios, elimination and ctf to hostage rescue/vip extraction. What makes this club unique from all the others is that the administrators and field supervisors are made up of the members itself in a rotating fashion, giving each member a chance to administer the game and to see things from a different perspective. Guarder Polycarbonate Piston for Top AEG's
Guarder/Intruder Shop has just released a new polycarbonate piston for the Top AEG Series. This new piston is supposed to increase durability in the Top M60's and M249's, it is lighter and will increase the performance out of your gun. Those of you who wish to upgrade the internals of your M249 should look into this upgrade.

Tokyo Marui H&K G36C
Peter of APEC had just got off the phone with Tokyo Marui and he has confirmed that Tokyo Marui is almost finished with their new Heckler & Koch G36C (Compact Version). The gun should be released for retail in 1 years time. This much antipicated airsoft version of the G36C is a refreshing new addition. The new G36C comes with a low cap mag with dummy rounds similar to the P90 and should utilize a custom battery that fits in the handguard.

KSC Glock 26C
After the successful Glock 18C and then the Glock 19, KSC is at it again, releasing the new Glock 26C full auto version of the Glock 26. The G26C is a mix between a G26 and the full auto capapility of the G18C, sporting a ported slide and outer barrel.
